I have used this dealership for warranty service repairs with both of my cars in the past 2 years and was very satisfied with the service I received. I was extremely pleased with my experience with the Pulte Service Term. Jim Couch was very helpful,answered all of my questions and all of my needs were met. I was a little disapointed that the Trans cooler line which had to be replaced was not covered by the 100,000 mile Drive-Train wararanty that comes with the purchase of a brand new Suburban. It seems that GM gives this warranty but can find a reason why this is not covered by the warranty itself. I feel like when you purchase a $50,000 vehicle and only have 59,000 miles on the vehicle that it in fact should not have this type of a problem already and most of all for me the consumer,the trans cooler is in fact part of the drive-train. More

We always have a good experience at Bob Pulte. They take care of you and your problem. No complaints. They found the problem during a routine oil change and scheduled additional repair for the next opening care of you and your problem. No complaints. I had my car in because of a safety recall. I was scheduled in at my convenience and my appointment was kept right on time. Mr. Hurst was friendly and professional when I arrived, as was Mr. Couch w scheduled in at my convenience and my appointment was kept right on time. There was no charge to me because it was a safety recall and no one made any attempt to charge me for anything other than what I was there for. More

I had a service engine light than came on Wednesday 1/9/2013..I contacted Onstar for a diagnostic check.Then then connected me with Bob Pulte service dept...It just happened to be before regular busine 1/9/2013..I contacted Onstar for a diagnostic check.Then then connected me with Bob Pulte service dept...It just happened to be before regular business hours, but they took my call. I explained my problem and an appointment was set up for the next morning at 9:00 AM on 1/10/2013..I arrived approximately 30 minutes early..The service staff took me in and took my information and directed me to a comfortable waiting area. Before my scheduled appointment time my vehicle was repaired and I was back on the road..I am really impressed by the professional treatment I received. I have and will continue to recommend this dealer ship to family and friends... More
