Twice in the past several weeks I have been a customer at Bob Pulte Chevrolet. The first time as a new car buyer. Skeeter Shaw sales the salesperson. The prupose of my second visit was to have a diesel Siverado 3500 truck serviced due to a defective NOX sensor. Through this process, Mr. DeWayne France handled my case. He too was professional. I was quickly given appointments, things moved along efficiently, and as far as I can tell, the problem was fixed. Both Mr. Shaw and Mr. France were good ambassadors for the dealership. More
This was my second time bringing my Chevy Equinox into Bob Pulte for service and both experiences have exceeded my expectations! I am a loyal chevy auto owner, in fact, 4 of the 5 vehicles I have owned have been chevy vehicles. I have always been very satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship with which they are built. This repair happened to be because of a design flaw in the equinox but, with JC's help, we discovered it was going to be repaired at no cost to us under a special policy that GM recently released. JC got us right in, confirmed that the repair would be covered and had the car back to us completely repaired in just one day! In our experience, GM always stands behind their products and JC's commitment to the highest level of customer service reaffirmed for us that we have made the right choice in purchasing GM vehicles--he made the service experience painless, even pleasant! I will definitely return to Bob Pulte!! More
I typically make my husband deal with any car issues because in the past other places have made me feel belittled because I am a woman and they talk down to me. They listened to my issues, took a drive with me to see if we could replicate the issues, called when they figured out the issues and never once made me feel belittled. More

My air conditioning stopped working which prompted my appointment for service at Bob Pulte. I explained to DeWayne that I was concerned about it happening so soon to a 2010. I wanted to know if it was appointment for service at Bob Pulte. I explained to DeWayne that I was concerned about it happening so soon to a 2010. I wanted to know if it was a known issue and hoped that it would be looked at in an honest way. DeWayne assured me that they would pay close attention to it. He called several hours later to let me know that the A/C had no fluid and that they had refilled it and added dye to see if there were any leaks. He mentioned that they could not find any. He told me that they did not charge me and to monitor it until it blows warm air again. This will help them find the potential leak. I mentioned that it may be a few months as we are entering into cooler weather. I believe I was treated fairly and appreciate not being overcharged. I read a few forums where the same circumstance happened to other people and they were charged hundreds of dollars over several attempts to repair their A/C system on their Traverse. I have no problem paying to have something repaired, but I expect it to be taken care of. Thank you for your honesty and you can be sure that I will return! More
Preparing for a trip to Florida and needed an oil change and noticed noise in front right wheel of my Avalanche. Took it to Pulte Chev. We took a short test drive and it was decided to check the front wheel bearing. Within two hours my Avalanche was ready to go with a new hub assembly and oil change. Between warranty and Preferred Customer points - entire service was free. Pulte Chev service is a great dealership and a pleasure to work with - whether buying a car (I have bought my last two there) to thefollowup servicing of my vehicles. They are one of very few honest dealers left. More

Rady and DeWayne were fantastic! My girlfriend's car had a nail in the tire and they fixed/patched it in no time. Their service here was superb!
