I have been a Bob Rohrman customer since 1999 when I bought my very first new car there. The cars I have bought there have always been maintained by their service department. The last time I took my wif bought my very first new car there. The cars I have bought there have always been maintained by their service department. The last time I took my wife's car for an oil change the technician forgot to replace the clips that hold the splash guard on the bottom of the car and it came off while driving on the interstate. I was out of state on the way to pick up my daughter from school and attend a graduation ceremony. I had to pull over and attach it to the bottom of the car temporarily with paracord until I could get to a hardware store to buy tin snips to cut off a damaged section and zip ties to secure it. Because of this I was late picking up my daughter, and missed an important graduation ceremony. My wife contacted the dealership service department immediately that day and left a message for the service department manager. They have yet to attempt to reach back out to us two weeks after the incident. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and will probably buy from another dealership because of the lack of professionalism and customer care. I have had great experiences with the sales staff at Bob Rohrman, however, the service department seems to have high staff turnover, unknowledgeable service advisors, and at least one careless or incompetent service technician. I now have to replace a nearly $100 part. I have been paying a premium to have my oil changes done at the dealership by "Honda certified" technicians. The oil changes are just under $100. At that price I expect it to be done correctly, not by a technician who is too careless or incompetent to replace a few plastic clips that hold the part in place that they removed to perform the oil change. If you care about your car, find a good local mechanic shop and take it there, don't pay a premium for subpar work from people who could care less about keeping your business. More

We brought our 2019 Honda Pilot in for a recall service appointment for a fuel pump. The service advisor asked us to bring it in with a half a tank of gas or less so it wouldn't splash out when they pulled appointment for a fuel pump. The fuel pump is located under the rear middle seat on the drivers side of the car. When I returned to pick up the car the drivers side third row seat was still up and the third row floor mat was pushed to the passenger side of the car. The cargo area of the car had the blanket we keep back there all wadded up in the passenger side of the car. They couldn't even put the car back to the way it was when I dropped it off. When I got in the car the whole car smelled like gasoline and they had all the windows down some to try and air it out. Upon further inspection of the access hole under the rear seat to the gas tank the carpet was soaking wet with some sort of spray on deodorant to mask the gas smell in the car. It smelled like they did in fact splash gas inside of the car even with a quarter of tank of gas in the tank. Not real happy with the experience at all. We had some major issues with the sales department there when we bought the car. Would like to give Bob Rohrman Honda a chance to make things right with us. If not we have already found another Honda Dealer to use in the future. More
I have never been so disappointed in my life! Our seller Dan actually hung up on my husband and then today I was hung up on by finance.
