We recently bought a used Honda CR-V. The staff at Bob Rohrman Honda was very friendly and accommodating. The finance department did not go over the details of the extended warranty. As first time buying we did not realize the extra cost that was associated with the warranty. The service technician, Jonathan Rivera, did an excellent job in explaining the lubrication leaking from both of the front axels, drive shafts, and that they should be replaced. He also showed me the uneven job in explaining the lubrication leaking from both of the front axels, drive shafts, and that they should be replaced. He also showed me the uneven tire wear on both of the front tires. He also did a 4 wheel alignment. While I was somewhat shocked at the cost of replacing the front axels, I appreciated being told, and shown, what the issues were for both the tires and the axels. I also had the oil and oil filter changed. I had my punch card showing that this oil change was to be no charge. I cannot decipher in reviewing the customer invoice if I did indeed was not charged for said oil change. I also asked for a military discount, as I am a Navy veteran, but again, I cannot determine in reviewing the customer invoice, if said military discount was applied. The service advisor, Missty Lovell, was somewhat brief in her explanation of the charges on the invoice, and merely stated that she had taken care of the discounts I was entitled to. As I had arrived at 0948 and was ready to go home at 1323, I didn't quiz her about the discounts. I would appreciate having someone reviewing my invoice and then contacting me to explain the billing totals on page 2 of the Customer Invoice. Thanks, Jeff Jarboe More
