BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I EXPRESSED MY CONCERNS WITH MY AUTOMOBILE. WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO TRADE IN ASAP....WHICH WAS MY PLAN. This is our ninth new vehicle fro Bob Rohrman Honda! The process was quick and simple and handled mostly by text messages even the agreement on vehicle and price! This is my ninth or tenth honda from Bob Rohrman Honda! in the past decade, I have only had one bad experience which was with the service manager. Other than that, I have had a good experience that I come in the past decade, I have only had one bad experience which was with the service manager. Other than that, I have had a good experience that I come back every two to three years and traded in my honda and got a new one. This experience was hands down one of the best with Chris White as a superb sales rep. Chris took the time to inform me of my pros and cons on my new honda civic and the new technological improvements on the sport model. I was so impressed at the price to the value of the sport sedan that I decided to finance a new one thought I had no intention of doing so, so early. Overall, my experience was enjoyable, and I'm delighted with my new 2020 Honda Civic Sport Sedan. More

When I scheduled, I was told appointment would be 35-40 min. It ended up being 1 1/2 hr, I was late back for work. Couldn’t be provided a rental b/c it was a “quick fix.” The airbag light is still on even min. It ended up being 1 1/2 hr, I was late back for work. I only went to dealer to fix a recall, I’ll probably stick with my hometown shop from now on. Also, mask signs were up but only about half of staff were wearing masks. More
