Everything was fine except for the time it took. I had an appointment for oil change and it took 1 hr 10 minutes. And the card wasn't washed because it was cold outside. I feel this service shouldn't take mo appointment for oil change and it took 1 hr 10 minutes. And the card wasn't washed because it was cold outside. Her attentiveness and welcoming nature was the sole reason I purchased my vehicle from this location. She deserves top marks for her customer service! As for the dealership in general, customer services needs to be the goal of every member of the team. I had a test drive scheduled and when I arrived, I waited in the main showroom for 10 minutes when no one helped me. In fact, one individual walked in and out of his office multiple times, saw us, and never even acknowledged our presence. Very disappointing as I later found out he was management. A very poor example. Again, my appreciation for Loretta! She was great! The rest of the group have something to learn about customer service. More

I do not think the Rohr Rider service package is worth what they make it. Tire rotations are free at a lot of locations here in town, as well as diagnosis and battery checks. The only real service you should be paying forb lube and oil changes and it's still over priced. While the staff is friendly and are very good host while you wait, I was suggested to be upsold on getting in a new cabin air filter and a fuel injector tune up. I know both those shouldn't be huge issues right now, but if they were, I don't see why it should cost so much to do the cabin air filter. It's not the parts, as you can see them online. And it's not the service, as it's literally the same as changing a house AC filter. Same with the fuel injector cleaning. What's stopping me from taking this bad boy to Walmart and getting fuel injector cleaner for $6 and doing it automatically by driving? After the service was complete, someone who was not the cashier attempted to charge me me $44 dollars for an oil change until I corrected him. If it was someone more naive, they would have paid that too. There wasn't much explanation for it beyond that. Overall the service itself was fine. Just constantly trying to squeeze money from you for it. More

My concern with my first visit last week was addressed and fixed in quick order. I decided to return to complete a couple other issues on Friday.
