They tried to scam me and tell me there was a rats nest in my car that was blocking my A/C unit and they said they must have knocked it down during my oil change. I left the dealer with a humming sound in in my car that was blocking my A/C unit and they said they must have knocked it down during my oil change. I left the dealer with a humming sound in my car and don’t know what they could have done during the oil change to make the sound and they tried to charge me $300 to take the nest out. I went home and tried to fix it myself just to find it was a single leaf in my vent and somehow got in there during the oil change. There was never a rats nest anywhere and i’m not sure how they used their “special tools” to find a so called rats nest anywhere. But after multiple calls and problems they said I should come back and pay the $300 to get it fixed where I did it for free at my house after about 10 minutes. This isn’t the first time i’ve had problems with them after them fixing my window motor and it making rattling noises ever since and another time leaving from an oil change to find my door wouldn’t unlock and having to go back to get the door fixed. More

Pretty crappy. I was forced to pay for something I didn't ask for nor did you verify that I wanted the charge. You said you'd be doing a "courtesy check" never did you say I'd be charged for you looking at m ask for nor did you verify that I wanted the charge. You guys also said it'd be $535 just to do my two outer tie rods not including the alignment it needed, I went and called literally every car shop in town and every one else gave me a WAY better price than you guys did including the alignment. You guys are taking money right out of peoples pockets just for being Bob Rohman. You guys are a scam and personally will never go there for any service other than the free oil change I get. More

D.J. went above and beyond to find the car I wanted. They had one on that lot that sold an hour before I was to test drive it. I thought that was it.
