upgraded from Elantra to Santa Fe Sport I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep my Elantra or go with something different because I enjoyed the Elantra (only complaint was driving it in the winter I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep my Elantra or go with something different because I enjoyed the Elantra (only complaint was driving it in the winter it was too light and no spare tire made me nervous). Lack Luster To begin, my dealership experience up to purchasing my 2016 Hyundai Genesis was fine. There were a few hiccups, but I was assured I'd be taken care of To begin, my dealership experience up to purchasing my 2016 Hyundai Genesis was fine. There were a few hiccups, but I was assured I'd be taken care of and I was. My salesman did very well communicating with me throughout the process even after I purchased the car. What I dont like is how the communication seemed to halt there after. The new accounts manager seemed to avoid me after I requested several calls back from him. I was even told that he did call ,but I have no such missed calls. I still have an unresolved issue I believe wont get resolved unless I submit this type of review. I tried to get this done in house with several calls to finance,but yet again the ball was dropped. All Im asking for is what I was promised from the get go. I hope by posting my dissatisfaction regarding my post purchase experience this gets done!! Again customer service isnt done once someone drives off your lot!!!! I expect what I was promised, I know theyll expect payment on my new car fair is fair! More
