What a joke!!! Made an appointment yesterday with Jalen to look at a vehicle this morning. We drove an hour, Jalen did not even show up to work and never notified us. When we returned to have remote start added, Jalen was unavailabe and the coworker who we encountered was rude between with the finance department.
