Disappointed. Angry are the best words that I can describe from the experience. You'd figure for 18K for a vehicle you'd figure they would fix the heated seats. When I brought it up to the manager he's like "Jordan didn't mention that. I'll talk to him on Monday regarding that." Then when I brought it up to him, he lied and said the service department couldn't do anything about it and to call Hyundai and it should be covered under the 250 dollar deductible warranty. The finance process went entirely too quickly and was not explained properly. I was told that on this day 30 days from purchase that my payment would come out. No try like 2 weeks. I will not be returning for a second vehicle. Less than personable experience here than anywhere else I have been in town. Enjoy your commission, Jordan. More
