I appreciate all the good work, but must admit to great discomfort this last visit. I have cancer and a compromised immune system, so for a representative to not wear a mask is alarming. I have stopped mentioning mask wearing to folks as I have never had it end civilly. However, I won’t be returning until I can be assured that proper protocol will be followed. More

I purchased the car on 8/18/2020 and went to pick it up on 8/21/2020. I was told the keys had been stolen and they would order new ones. Then I was told this car only came with one set of keys. That should have been disclosed before I even bought the car if it was true at all. I won't buy a car without 2 sets. So they hum haad around for 11 more days. I was trying to be patient because I understand things happen beyond our control. I finally was tired of waiting 9/1/2020 and demanded it be delivered that day. I was told he texted me but I did not receive a text and I screen shot all my texts. Especially when doing business. The rear door must not have been programmed on the key right as the lights blink but nothing happens. Also there is paperwork on a remote start in the glove box. Was that stolen as well? Just got rushed through the process then everything else dragged out. All in all I like Kia's and will buy there again. More
