Frustrating time, good service It was *very* difficult to schedule an appointment. I much prefer to do it by phone. Called 3 times before I could get through to the service depart It was *very* difficult to schedule an appointment. I much prefer to do it by phone. Called 3 times before I could get through to the service department, even though I used the service department number from the website. Once I spoke to someone, I was able to give them the important useful information, and the guy on the other end seemed to understand what I was saying. For the appointment, due to the construction, it was a bit harder to figure out where to go, but not too bad. Signage and health precautions were a pain but entirely appropriate. They seemed a bit short staffed, but handled our repair in a reasonably timely fashion. At the end, the explanation for what was wrong and how it was fixed was clear and helpful. More
