The customer service team made sure I was comfortable and the service tech who worked on my car took the time to show me what the problem was. He fixed and problem and I was on my way. I also have to mention the sales group at the next building. I had to use the restroom during my visit and it was raining. When I was about half-way across the parking lot, a young man came running with an umbrella to walk me over to his building. When I took the trip back to Kia, another young man came with another umbrella. The extra touches make all the difference to a customer. Thanks, Rohrman group! More

A quick and easy fix I stopped by the KIA customer service center to check on the price of a new gas cap for my 2015 KIA Optima. To my surprise, after the clerk checked s I stopped by the KIA customer service center to check on the price of a new gas cap for my 2015 KIA Optima. To my surprise, after the clerk checked stock, he told me that it was covered under warranty. The new gas cap was installed and I was on my way within 20 minutes. I had been told to be sure to click the gas cap at least on time, and I was unable to turn it at all. So I got great service and avoided any problems that might have occurred. I am sorry I don't know the name of the service manager or the technician who installed the new cap, but I received this service on Feb. 10, 2020. Thank you for checking the warranty! SG More
