Employees are great! The Kia service center has been amazing. I have had numerous issues with my vehicle but the employees and technicians go above and beyond to help me. The Kia service center has been amazing. I have had numerous issues with my vehicle but the employees and technicians go above and beyond to help me. I utilize the courtesy shuttle almost every time I have an appointment. This allows me to get a ride to work and leave my vehicle to get worked on while I am at work, someone then picks me up when I am ready. I always know estimates up front and there is never any work done without my approval. I would highly recommend this service center for you auto repair needs. More

Great Team to work with! I lost my beloved (and paid off) VW in a garage fire- having to add a new car payment to my budget was not something I wanted to do and I was not look I lost my beloved (and paid off) VW in a garage fire- having to add a new car payment to my budget was not something I wanted to do and I was not looking forward to having to look for another vehicle. Bob Rohrman Kia was the first and only dealership I shopped. Everyone was very sympathetic and helpful with my situation. I did not feel any of the "car salesman" pressure. I told them what I wanted and they found the perfect vehicle. for me. The finance team was also excellent to work with. The whole process was "painless" and now I love my 2018 Kia Sportage!! More
