Busted tire re placement and oil change Was at court house when found out tire was busted - called AAA who came and change it and they headed straight to Kia for help. Talked to gentleman in service dept. about the situation - he et me know that it couldn't be fixed so new tire needed. The tire they had for my KIA was $129 (I believe he said) and then he suggested that Discount Tire would have same tire for a more reasonable rate. So while they went to get it oil was changed - same gentleman gave be a discount coupon after mentioning I had some at home. Wish I had noted his name as he went above and beyond to lend a helping hand He's a keeper! Have always been please with the service at the KIA repair but last Monday was exceptional. Warranty work I did not purchase my car here, but do take it in for service. They treat me as if I had bought it from them, and go out of their way to make me feel I did not purchase my car here, but do take it in for service. While having a cable replaced in my rear seat that would not latch in the upright position, they informed me of a recall that had just come in, and scheduled an appointment to have that repaired (so I wouldn't have to wait longer than scheduled appointment.) I will purchase my next vehicle from them, I really wish I'd bought my current vehicle from them. Seriously. More
