The service department always greets me with a smile and let’s me know my business is appreciated. Two things I don’t care for is telling me all the maintenance/servicing items that either are due or comin let’s me know my business is appreciated. The other item I question is are all the maintenance items really checked on the service safety checklist? I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and had noticed a windshield wiper had torn before I came in. I was given the completed checklist, filled out with all checked good but my wiper blade was not changed or brought to my attention . It made me wonder what other items that may have been overlooked / not checked. More
