I when for a alignment of my car ,they finished, then I drived my car and I found i have thesame problems my car still shaking after, so I when back I talk to the service lady and she said now I have to pay extra for the tires valance, and I told her noway. But I ask her I ll pay you 50% of the cost because you never ask me do I has to be the tires valance before the alignment to work, bad bad dealer I ll never come back , I loss 150 dollar and y time , I still have same problem on it.

Do not buy any auto parts in this place..I would give this place 0 rating. I bought a car battery and ordered it online but before I ordering i called parts dept Nick and said 9 of what I want was available and ready for pick up. I went there and Joseph Roncone said it's not available as I haven't finished my sentence yet.I told him I talked to Nick and double checked.He gave me a more expensive one and put on my receipt that I want a different one.He took my old battery without giving me a core refund and disappeared. Joseph appears to be uninterested on my opinion and what I have to say.Place like this loves ripping off people.I will never ever put my feet on this place.

This was our 3rd purchase from Toyota of Terre Haute and I expected to be treated fairly BUT == NOPE! Was a nightmare! NO one was helpful,,just pointing the finger at someone else,,LIARS. Finance guy was particularly horrible as was the tag/title guy. Tried to get us to pay tax TWICE! Their only solution. Toyota financial service was one frustration after another. Called then at least 15 times (really) and a different story EVERY TIME!
