Our out of town holiday hero My husband and I were visiting our children in the Chicagoland (Gurnee) area over the holidays. We'd had some chronic issues with the door handles on My husband and I were visiting our children in the Chicagoland (Gurnee) area over the holidays. We'd had some chronic issues with the door handles on our 2010 Hyundai Sonata but had just had two repairs in our home town and thought we were good to go. When we arrived, another handle malfunctioned and we were left to wade into the pool of dealerships in the area who might be able to help us. Like some shining Christmas miracle we were fortunate to make the acquaintance of Jeff in the service department of Gurnee Hyundai. He was incredible. He was friendly, kind, professional and efficient. He took care of our issue quickly and we were very pleased. This would have been enough for a great review, but unfortunately our trials had just begun. In the next few days our interior assist handle on the passenger side broke, and our driver side exterior mirror cracked off when tapped by a shopping cart in the local grocery store. We returned to Jeff and he welcomed us back and took very good care of us. He made a very difficult and unexpectedly expensive trip bearable. He's refreshing and we highly recommend the service department of this dealership. Thank you, Jeff! More
