My vehicle purchasing experience I visited 3 different dealers closer to my home and left each one due to the salesman being to pushy and trying to put in a vehicle I was not interest I visited 3 different dealers closer to my home and left each one due to the salesman being to pushy and trying to put in a vehicle I was not interested in. When I came here I can't tell you how different my experience was. Seriously the dealer first off was beautiful, clean and the entire staff was friendly. My salesman was so helpful and not pushy at all. I left with a vehicle I Loved and I left feeling like my business was appreciated. So kudos to the entire staff and a big Thank You. More

Wilfredo was my sales person, and he was the reason I wanted to purchase the car I test drove. However, when I came back later in the day to make the deal he was unavailable and I ended up with Leonardo. No problem. We worked out a deal I was happy with and purchased the car. I had a good experience and would have given a good review. Lonardo told me that if I gave them a great review he would throw in All-Weather floor mats in exchange. Great!!! Winter was approaching and I have kids. They called me several times to see how I was enjoying the car, I let them know each time it was fine and asked about my mats. I never heard anything back about it. In Dec I sent Wilfredo a message to find out what the delay was. He apologized and said I could come in the next day to pick them up. Next day I received a call saying they weren't in stock, but they'd have them by the end of the week. I expressed to him my concern that I had been getting a runaround, for over a month at that point. He assured me all would be fine...The end of the week came and went and I haven't heard from anyone to this day...I bought the car Nov 5th, last heard from them on Dec 14th, today is Jan 12th That is how you turn a 5 star review into a 1 Star. Also, that's how you ensure no repeat business. As most people would understand, the floor mats are NOT what the issue is. More
