Everyone at Bob Ruth Ford was amazing! Almost everything was done by phone and texting, and when I arrived at the dealership, the papers were ready and stress free! Just bought a 2017 Volkswagon gti and the experience could not have been better! Dave G was awesome. He had the car waiting for us when we arrived, and processed the paperwork quickly. Worst car sales experience ever. Easiest for the salesman. I found the Jeep I wanted. I knew I was buying it. I didn’t even need to drive it. First thing, when I got into signing of Easiest for the salesman. I found the Jeep I wanted. I knew I was buying it. I didn’t even need to drive it. First thing, when I got into signing of the paperwork, Ken (shady salesman stay away) had snuck a $3000 warranty in without telling me. Second, it was supposed to come with a hard top and a soft top. It took Ken 3 months to get me the soft top that is missing 1/2 the pieces, the main frame is broken and the rear window is ripped in half. Never again will I go to bob ruth ford More
