Very pleased with the Bob Ruth Ford experience I have purchased GM cars for the majority of my adult life, one Kia, and didn't enjoy that experience at all. I generally don't enjoy car shopping, and we were due to replace our SUV with a newer model with lower miles, and we both really liked the looks and features of the Ford Explorer over other SUV's, but were having a hard time finding one with lower miles and in our price range. We went to Bob Ruth one Saturday afternoon to drive an Explorer we saw online, and wanted to see if we could work out a deal. We weren't able to "swing" that particular Explorer, but we were able to purchase a different Explorer from Bob Ruth Ford. We had a very good experience with our salesperson Devin Traverso, he was not the typical car salesperson at all...and worked to meet my price sought on our trade-in vehicle. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Bob Ruth Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

professional and efficient i showed up late on a saturday close to the time the dealer was closing and was greeted by Brian Crespo immediately. Brian took the time to show me so i showed up late on a saturday close to the time the dealer was closing and was greeted by Brian Crespo immediately. Brian took the time to show me some vehicles and within an hour we had a handshake deal. i did have to go back later to finalize everything due to the timing. Brian was in touch with me the whole time until i signed the paperwork, 3 days later. with my work schedule it was tough to get the deal done, but Holly Wentz did an excellent job during the financial part. i would recomment this dealership to anyone.
