I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and smooth everything was, from start to finish. We purchased a 2014 Nissan pathfinder and couldn't be happier. the car is a dream, they had to jump through hoops for this car, it was off site as a loaner. they let me know they would call and get it back that day if I was willing to come back in, which we were. Jeff handled everything from start to finish very smoothly. No sales pitch, no back and forth, just upfront and honest. I was pre-approved by my bank, they informed me they could probably beat the bank rate, I was skeptical, however I did the app, called them later, they beat the local bank by a long shot. this is exactly how buying a car should go, it shouldn't be a hassle or a battle of wills to spend your money. thanks for the great experience Jeff.
