The old bait and switch? I purchased a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan from this dealer. I will say the original purchase experience went very well. Fast forward to today....10/29....Took van in for my first "FREE" service. As soon as I walked in to the service department and spoke with my adviser I was immediately pressured to buy a better service than what I was already promised for free. My feeling is if what I was offered for free wasn't good enough, then why offer it in the first place? I told the service adviser that I wanted what I was promised and nothing more. At that time I also asked if he could take a look at one of the seats in the back that would not "stow and go" like it was supposed to. This never worked from day one. We just figured we would get it fixed when we took the van in for the first service. He said ok. we will take a look at it. After waiting nearly 3 hours he came to me in the lounge and said "it will cost $250.00 to fix the seat." I said I can't afford that right now and just please do the service. He then told me it was going to cost $90.00 just for them to look at the seat. You gotta be kidding me! $90 bucks to look at something that should have worked from the very beginning! Being extremely pissed I just wanted to pay the bill and get the hell out of there. I knew when I walked in there today and was immediately pressed to purchase extras that I didn't need I was not going to leaving there without paying something. And of course...that was the reality. They got me for $90.00 but lost a customer for life. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer that will not rip you off. More

His patience was beyond appreciated and his friendly demeanor, accompanied by his zero - pressure sales approach, are a cut above the rest. His knowledge and expertise regarding automobiles is far beyond that of other representatives we've encountered. Plus, every employee at this location is friendly and seems to enjoy their work. Customer service was over and above. We went to Bob Ruth after seeing great prices on the internet. They were better than expected on the lot and that was only part of the story. Kim Nash was so nice and worked with what we were looking for in a vehicle. She found us exactly what we were looking for and at a great price. The money given for our trade in was so much better than we expected!!! After we picked up our vehicle, we had to get a new battery the next day. I was unable to reach Kim that day, but she called me back and still reimbursed us money for the battery. Quality customer service is hard to find, but not at Bob Ruth Ford!!! The entire staff was friendly and we talked with several staff members while at the dealership. Monica got our paperwork squared away in short order and was so friendly with us. I haven't had such a good experience buying a vehicle. Bob Ruth is aces with me!!!! More
