I purchased my 2019 Ford Fusion as new. I have been using Bob Ruth Ford service department for all my routine service work. He explains all service work performed and what service will need preformed for next appointment thoroughly. He has a pleasant and friendly demeanor. More

I just bought my Explorer 3 months ago. I was to get 2 free oil changes and a state inspection. Well I took my Explorer up for the oil change and Keith Hartman Charges me for it. Dropped my truck off for the works package and two other small concerns. It took 3 days to complete because they couldn’t get to my truck the first two days, which is when the appointment was scheduled for, small concerns. It took 3 days to complete because they couldn’t get to my truck the first two days, which is when the appointment was scheduled for, which I was understanding of given staffing and workload concerns - but I was disappointed in the gross lack of communication and customer oriented focus of my service advisor. Coming from a service industry, customer experience is a huge thing and this trip did not check the boxes. I believe in the dealership and the brand - very disappointed with this last experience though. More

One of my best car shopping experience. First let me add that the only time I write a review on a product or service is when it has either been excellent or terrible. This time I have to say that the product (vehicle) was exactly what I expected and then some more, but what drove me (no pun intended) to really write this review was the superb service which I received from both Brittany R. and Joe S. throughout my shopping experience. From my first contact with Bob Ruth Ford, Brittany was very responsive throughout my contacts with the dealership, provided immediate responses to my questions while also showing a sense of concern without the typical "sales pressure" that someone normally associates with a car dealership. On the day of scheduled appointment when I had the opportunity to get away from my busy schedule, I was greeted by Joe S. who also showed a sense of concern with meeting my needs without the typical sales pitch. Upon arrival, I could tell that it was a very busy day, but Joe took the time to explain the details of the two vehicles I had pre-selected to review, while also explaining the sales process. Throughout my time while I was there, it was a very well balance of "let's get this guy into the car he's looking for" without the typical sales pitch. My overall impression if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. I highly recommend Bob Ruth Ford, and if you get to work with these two individuals that will be even better, but I also think the entire staff will also treat you just as good due to the fact that they frequently asked how was I doing and if I needed anything. More
