Excellent Bob Ruth Ford Service After having an excellent sales experience, many months later, I had made my first service appointment, not only was the service advisor was polite an After having an excellent sales experience, many months later, I had made my first service appointment, not only was the service advisor was polite and courteous, Christine was aware of the type of vehicle, the type of service required, including prompting for the extended lug nut wrench since the vehicle I had custom wheels. Not was the service provided beyond expectations, Christine also provided service recommendation on the next service. A week or two goes by, and the engine fault indicator had displayed on the dashboard, as it turns this was the day before Thanksgiving. I had called Bob Ruth Ford Service department to see if there was any time available, since an Engine light indicator could have indicated something bad occurred. The Service Department made time available, checked the error, researched and cleared the error. Again, most dealerships in the area would not go above beyond especially the day before a major holiday. More
I have loved my new Rogue so far! Was sad that I took it in for service after buying it 3 months ago and was told it needed a new battery, tires and break pads soon. I went to family members who own a tire shop and they told me that all four of my tires were dry rotted and that the tread was below the legal limit. I bought my car less than a year ago and I have had many many problems found with my car. VERY VERY unhappy with them. More
They could figure out what the electrical problem was in my truck. They decided to run new wires for 500.00 and I got home only to still have the same problem.
