Yes, I took a friend of mine (a man) just in case because my feelings are a lot of times car salesmen see a lady wanting/needing to buy a car by herself and to me they think I have an easy mark here. (Sorry if I offended anyone, but I have seen this happen to women.) I had riven a Kia on a trip I had back in October of 2013 and I really liked how it drove and like the car itself and the ride. I had been saying my next car was either going to be a Volkswagen or a Kia. I had a friend who drives a Kia and he had been telling me how much he really liked his Kia so this was on my radar. On Saturday, April 15, 2014 I arrived at Bob Sight Kia in Independence, Mo. with my friend who was with me for support and to ask the smart questions a lot of times we women either don't know to ask or don't think to ask. As we got out of our vehicle we were approached by a salesman by the name of Bryan. Bryan was a very interested young man as to what I was looking for and I really appreciated that fact. I told Bryan what I thought I wanted and he asked me why I thought I wanted what I had told him. I told him the reason and he asked me if I knew a lot about Kias. I said no, not a lot, but that I had driven one and really liked the feel of the car and the ride and how inexpensive as far as mileage went I thought the Kia was. He explained to me that I could buy a brand new 2014 Kia and could get the 100,000 / 10 year warranty on it and he thought that I would like that. I told him I would and asked if he could price me a vehicle. We went to Bryan's office and within 3 hours I was driving a brand new 2014 Kia Soul off the lot. Now you could say, well, yea, I needed the car because of the accident and it didn't make much of a difference in the salesman that I ended up with a Kia. WRONG, my experience with Bryan could not have been better. I was not pressured at all into buying my new vehicle. He gave me the facts and I told him my story and what I needed and he gave me his best opinion in my situation. I had to return to that dealership the following Monday to pick something up that I needed. As I was leaving the building I decided I had had such a good experience and Bryan was such a nice, young, good, decent, honest, easy to talk with salesman his superior's should know how I felt and that I felt they had a jewel amongst them. His superiors told me how much they appreciated me telling them the good things that had happened to me. They said they were used to hearing the bad things, but they didn't receive hardly any compliments. The reason I decided to tell Bob Sight Kia how good and nice of a salesman Bryan was is because in todays world businesses have forgotten how to treat the customers. We do not have customer service in today's business world. Employees think they do not have to give anything but that they should be handed everything on a silver platter. Bryan didn't feel that way. He truly was a young man that believed in his product enough to tell me the customer what he felt was so good about his product in such a nice, polite, friendly, and non-pressured way I was excited about buying a car from him. Bryan should be told of his good accomplishments especially in our business world today and Bob Sight Kia should be proud to have an employee such as Bryan. Not only is their product good, but they have at least one employee who gives more than 100% to make sure his customers are satisfied. To me as a consumer, I so appreciated Bryan's actions and kindness towards me, someone he did not know at all. He did what he did because he believes not only in the Kia car, but also because he wants his customers to be happy and you get that by treating your customers as you want to be treated. Thank you Bryan for not only selling me a good car that I will have for a very long time, but also for your acts of kindness, and knowing how to treat people and for the experience you gave me. I will return to Bob Sight Kia not only because of their product, but because hopefully the next time I need a car I will see Bryan as a Manager there because of his beliefs on how you should treat your customers. More

The sales person(s) we worked with was great. I think the finance people suck (like they do at most dealerships). Because of our experience with the finance department, will probably never purchase anot the finance people suck (like they do at most dealerships). Because of our experience with the finance department, will probably never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I think there is something really shady about a person when they say no to something and the finance person has to figure out a away to make it work scamming us into purchasing something we originally said no to (to the tune of almost $1800). I'm not sure when no doesn't mean no - but the finance person there doesn't know what it means. Love the car - but will go to a different dealership next time and hope we get a "honest" finance person. More

Well my husband and I pulled in to this dealorship just as it was opening. We met Cass outside while we were looking at Kia Souls. He was very friendly. We test drove one and liked it very much. We went inside after that, and we discussed in detail price etc. He did our paperwork very quickly. We got approved and completed paperwork. Then he showed me how everything worked in the car. He overall was excellent in knowledge and customer service. What was nice is they filled the tank and cleaned the car and gave us a free oil change to use later. I really enjoyed my experience with this salesman. We will come back when it is time to get a new vehicle. I wish Kia made trucks. Maybe in the near future they will? More

We started at KIA a week before, but since this was my very FIRST new car; I wanted to be selective. We drove a KIA Soul and left to go to some other dealers and try their cars. After much research, prayer, and discussion with my fiancé, I told him I wanted to return to the KIA SOUL, as it was in my price range, it was easy to get into and it had the best gas mileage. We went back and asked for Bill. I told Bill I really wanted a RED one, (I mean I just could not be happy with anything else) and they had one that had 4K miles and it looked new. Bill was not sure about it because it had been traded and was not cleaned up yet; but that did not make me any difference. We drove it and I was in heaven, I knew it was my car….it had a CD player, Sirrus radio, remote start, and so any other features. It was a 2013 Exclaim which is top of the line for the price of a Basic 2014. I know I got the best deal for me. And it is "RED!" Plus Bill cleaned it up and it looks like it just left the sales floor. My personal thank you to Bill, his patience, his knowledge, his interest in me/us as buyers made the transaction a huge SUCCESS!!!!! The easiest car buying experience ever!! They made everything super easy and stress free. Called and talked to David May to verify the car I found online was still available, which it was. Set up an appointment to test drive the car but David wasn't going to be available at that time so he set online was still available, which it was. Mike was very helpful through the whole process. He made sure everything went smooth and any problems with the car which was discovered on the test drive was fixed that day, he even got the service manager involved to get the car fixed that day. Mike helped get me through the process of finance from start to finish. I never felt pressured and there was never any hand off to another person. I worked with Mike from start to end.
