Tig in the service department is AWESOME! He has always gone above & beyond when it comes to helping myself & my car! My car was bought at Century West BMW & so was my mom's car. Century West BMW is NOT GO gone above & beyond when it comes to helping myself & my car! My car was bought at Century West BMW & so was my mom's car. Century West BMW is NOT GOOD! I became so tired of Century West BMW not fixing my car correctly that I decided to go to Bob Smith BMW. I have been bringing my car for normal maintenance service for 3 years at this dealer. They are doing fine with these services. Finally I had mechanical problem to the car and they treated me like I service for 3 years at this dealer. They are doing fine with these services. Finally I had mechanical problem to the car and they treated me like I never exist. This is the way they serve their customers by ignoring to my call. Finally I brought the issue to Service Manager who took 2 weeks to get back to me after couple emails to remind if she have a chance to look at my issue. Finally they got back to me and they did not take the responsiblity to take care the issue and instead blame to me and other people. My experience with BMW in Beverly Hills is much better than with them. They would take care the problem right away without ask too many questions. I will never bring my car back to Bob Smith again and also let all my friends know my bad experience with Bob Smitth BMW. More
Bought my CPO 750i from a dealer a bit north of Bob Smith. The experience there was not good at all so I looked for a new place to service my car. After recommendation I picked Bob Smith BMW and specif Smith. The experience there was not good at all so I looked for a new place to service my car. After recommendation I picked Bob Smith BMW and specifically Ken. He is very knowledgeable, great to deal with and gets the problem resolved in quick and responsive manner. Issues that the other dealer kept my car for weeks and did not actually fix, Ken correctly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue quickly. Don't expect him to pickup phone calls every time you call but that is really not needed with him. He does not miss anything. Simply describe your problem and let him do his work, you wont be disappointed. He knows more about the problem after you describe the issue than most dealers do with hours of diagnostic. I have been to service my car at this dealership several times and been happy every time. The service I have received from Ken has sold me on the dealership so much that I will buy my next BMW from BOB SMITH. They maybe slightly higher priced but you will get that and more back in long run. They took such good care of me even with the fact that car was purchased from another dealer I cant imagine ever buying a BMW from another dealer. More
JUST LEASED A BMW FROM BOB SMITH DEALERSHIP LAST MONTH. DROVE OFF THE LOT WITH A DEEP SCRATCH ON MY REAR PASSENGER WINDOW UNNOTICED. SCRATCH WAS NOTICED BY THE WINDOW TINTING COMPANY THE NEXT DAY. AFTER DROVE OFF THE LOT WITH A DEEP SCRATCH ON MY REAR PASSENGER WINDOW UNNOTICED. SCRATCH WAS NOTICED BY THE WINDOW TINTING COMPANY THE NEXT DAY. AFTER THREE WEEKS OF CALLING AND LEAVING MESSAGES AND NO RESPONSES FROM THE BOB SMITH DEALERSHIP, I DROVE TO THE LOT. SALES MANAGER LOOKED AT IT LAST WEEK AND TOLD ME THAT HE WILL GET BACK TO ME IN ONE DAY. 7 DAYS LATER AND NO PHONE CALLS, I DROVE TO THE DEALERSHIP JUST TO BE TOLD THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO SERVICE MY CAR. THIS IS A CAR THAT THEY SOLD ME LAST MONTH. I HAVE NOT EVEN MADE MY FIRST MONTH'S PAYMENT. OBVIOUSLY BOB SMITH DEALERSHIP, WAS TOO WILLING TO TAKE MY MONEY, BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOO SERVICE FOR THE CAR THEY LEASED TO ME!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NOT EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. More

I had a problem with my 2003 530i sedan. I told the service rep exactly what happened when my car broke down and we both agreed that it was the alternator. I left the car at the dealership for repairs service rep exactly what happened when my car broke down and we both agreed that it was the alternator. I left the car at the dealership for repairs. When he called back he told that it would cost approximately $1,000.00 to replace the alternator! $1,000!! Are you kidding?! Then he said the technician "noticed" that I had leaks in some hoses, oil leak in manifold cover, etc. It was obvious that they were just trying to add as much costs to my tab as possible. This is not the first time this has happened to me there - last time they wanted $2,600.00 for ROUTINE MAINTENANCE! What is this dealer smoking! I took my car to an independent repair shop and the $1,000 repair was completed for only $534.00 out the door! Half price! AND this mechanic noticed nothing additional needed to be done. The car, he said, was fine. Also Bob Smith BMW damages your paint job every time they let their crew wash and polish your car. They don't know what they are doing - they use a dirty buffing wheel and they obviously are not trained properly. I dropped off my car and 2 days later I returned to find horrible swirl marks and scratches all over the car! They permanently scratched my paint job. Just look at all of their used cars on the lot - you'll see signs of scratches and swirl marks. Summary - they charge very high prices for very average work! More
