I have already repeatedly tried to deal with the customer service at Bob Smith. I have talked directly to Robbie, Bob Smith's son, and he didn't care about my terrible experience at all. I'm finished with Bob Smith, I just want everyone else to avoid the same mistake I did by purchasing a vehicle there.

Hi, Again, i'm sorry for your experience, but I am trying to clarify if it is a purchase from the Toyota store or here at the BMW/MINI dealership. We have completely different ownership and management, and while I understand you are upset, this review is impacting us at the BMW/MINI dealership and we are NOT the Toyota store.
