If only Nikolai, our sales fella, knew was he was getting into. Without waiving or passing us on to another sales associate, Nikolai took on our challenge. He not only maintained a positive, friendly, and supportive attitude, he joined us on two test drives. Nikolai held strong as did I. In the end, we were able to negotiate a fair deal and my soon to be 16 year old daughter was over the moon with delight! Cathy, our finance gal, even went the extra mile by coordinating the placement of a big red bow on the Jeep and had several sales associates clap and tell my daughter Happy Birthday as she walked to her car. ??
