Body Shop I had taken my 2010 chevy camaro SS to these clowns because the last company that tried to repair my car couldnt seem to get it right. After the 3rd t I had taken my 2010 chevy camaro SS to these clowns because the last company that tried to repair my car couldnt seem to get it right. After the 3rd time I figured I would take it to an actual chevy dealership to get it done right. My car was in an accident with a garbage truck. My insurance was paying for it. The first time I took my car to this body shop at Bob Steele my adjuster gave me the ok. The body shop told me to bring it in on thursday which i did, they didnt touch my car thursday, or friday. When I called them they said they havent started on it yet. Well, since i was renting a car i went back to the dealership and demanded my car back because they dont work weekends and i didnt want to pay for the rental over the weekend since my car was just sitting there. When i got there it was still sitting in the same spot it was when i left it there. I told them i would bring it back on monday morning. Monday rolled around and i took my car there before they even opened. The bodyshop girl named katie told me that they couldn't reach geico concerning my car so they wouldn't be able to take it at that time. I was upset to say the least, I called my adjuster and she told me that katie was suppose to call me to set up a new appointment. Well, she never called so I called her. She told me that her next available appointment was not for another month. What could I do.... I said ok. My appointment finally rolled around and I took my car there. I left it there and was told it would take about a week to do. After a week went by I called them and they said they were working on it. Then about half way into the following week I called them and asked what was going on. Katie told me that they fixed my front nose cone, they where removing the orange peel, and also said was reattaching my spoiler because it was falling off. I then asked her what about the side marker light they were supposed to replace. She said it was on order and they haven't received it yet. After I got off the phone with her I called the parts department at the same dealership and asked if they had the side marker light in stock. The parts guy said yes. I asked him how long it has been in stock and he said for a long time. So she flat out lied to me about it. I was pissed so I went to the dealership to retrieve my car done or not. Come to find out that they did nothing to the car..... Ive been renting for a week and half and they have done zero to my car. These people are liars and frauds. Im not done with them yet. Complete customer dissatisfaction at its highest. More

"Unexpectedly surprised" I had decided to trade for a new car. Since I worked near a bunch of dealerships..I would tell salesman coming into the store that I was looking to tr I had decided to trade for a new car. Jason came in and I mentioned it to him and he asked what I was interested in and said when he got to work he would see what they had available and get back to me. Bout 30 minutes later I got a text from Jason saying he had some cars to look at, when I got off work and went to dealership, Jason showed me some cars and I seen a different model of car and then low and behold 3 or 4 colors later I found one that I liked Jason worked long and hard to get me just what I wanted and about an hour later I was a new car owner...if your looking for a new car Jason is your man. Great Customer Service My wife and I went to Bob Steele to look at specific preowned truck we saw posted online. We looked around a little while and were greeted by Nikolai. My wife and I went to Bob Steele to look at specific preowned truck we saw posted online. We looked around a little while and were greeted by Nikolai. Even though the truck we were interested in wasn't a Chevy, Nikolai was more than happy to get us the keys and allow us to take a test drive and look the truck over a bit. He didn't mind that we came in to look at a different brand truck than the dealership sold like some other dealerships sales people did. It was only the 2nd truck we looked at so we decided to keep shopping. We visited many dealerships before making a decision on what to get but of all the sales people we gave our contact info to Nikolai was the only one to follow up with texts and even let me know he would be off the next day and gave me the names of a couple of his coworkers to ask for if we came by on his day off. Nothing pushy or anything like that, just good follow through. Even though we ended up buying a truck elsewhere only because my wife liked a lower 2WD truck opposed to the 4WD with oversized tires at Bob Steele I would still say go see Nikolai Alfred at Bob Steele if you are in the market for a vehicle. Good customer service and following up with potential customers is getting hard to find these days in any line of work but Nikolai did both. Thanks again. More
