Advertised vehicle at a good price but when negotiating, they claimed they had already added a package that included GPS tracker, tinted windows, etc so it was something they had to charge me for. We actually were just trying to look and see what we might find when we met Mo. he listened to what my needs were and found a car that he thought would be perfect for me based on our discussion. He was so right, we ended up buying a beautiful vehicle with Mo's help. Once we purchased the car, he came out with us and personally went through the car with me, so I would have a better understanding of what the car could provide, new different things that I may never have seen before and how to use them. He took a great deal of time and interest making sure that I was happy with my purchase. He was great at answering my husband's questions to make sure we understood the vehicle we purchased. He made sure we had cold water and were comfortable during the process and I really liked that. He always addressed me by my first name and my husband as well. It truly made it a more personal experience. As we all know buying a car can be a very time-consuming, dreadful experience but in this case, it was an amazing experience. Also, our finance guy, Jeff, explained everything, and had a great sense of humor , making the financial part enjoyable. I have nothing but great things to say about this entire experience. More

This was a delightfully and surprisingly wonderful experience purchasing an EV from Bob Tomes Ford. Emily was our initial point of contact and the first salesperson we interacted with to start our sea experience purchasing an EV from Bob Tomes Ford. Emily had a calm, easy energy about her that did not feel like a high pressure sales pitch. We like that as we take a lot of time to make big purchase decisions. We did not buy the first day. The following week I spoke with Tanner, also awesome, and Emily once more. The next weekend we visited Tesla and another Ford dealership. After a thorough decision process and lots of research, we decided to move forward with the vehicle we test drove with Emily and Jason on the first day. Tanner provided EXCELLENT managerial assistance in the negotiations and the purchase process. Buying the car was very smooth process. Special exemplary mention to Brandon Cook. We really appreciated and respected his advice and recommendations. Emily explained the functions of the car for us at purchase and we thought she did a great job. We had charging problems the night of purchase! However, Tanner went above and beyond to ensure the issue was fixed the next day.
