Dealership staff was very professional, outgoing and friendly, and provide all the details that I had asked for. I arrived later in the day than I initially had planned and the dealership stayed open ju friendly, and provide all the details that I had asked for. I arrived later in the day than I initially had planned and the dealership stayed open just to accommodate one customer, and that was me. I’ve never had experienced a group of professionals. They were so accommodating and willing to help me that every turn of purchasing process. The facility is kept in immaculate condition. Everything was clean and accommodating my sales person, Adam Deatherage took extra steps to help me from explaining every detail of the car, trim level benefits, operating features the purchasing process, post sale service opportunities in their service department and financing alternatives that would that would make the purchase price more affordable. The management team delivered an exceeding amount of time and effort to help me be able to afford the car. I really felt lucky to be able to do business with a dealership where their staffing is as qualified and professional as Joe Cooper sales team. Joe Cooper Dodge is definitely earn my business and I think my next car will definitely be from Joe Cooper Shawnee. More
