My wife loved her 2010 Kizashi that she bought from Bob Tyler. She received a notice from Suziki to take her vehicle in for a recall...the drive belt could come off and cause damage to her engine. She took her Kizashi to Bob Tyler and had the recall repair done. On her way home the drive belt came off. She had the vehicle towed back to Bob Tyler Suzuki and the service advisor told her that there could be engine damage. Her car has under 5000 miles on it. She demanded a new car or an extended warranty. Bob Tyler called her and told her she was not getting a new car or an extended warranty. He was insulting and arrogant. Also, this Suzuki dealer does not have a certified Suzuki tech in their service department. She loved her car, but now she wonders if she can have any confidence in it. The drive belt came off because it was installed incorrectly, according to the service advisor. That is exactly why she took it in for the recall...what a joke! Bob Tyler has treated her like crap. He obviously does not care about his customers once the deal has been made. If you buy a Kizashi in Pensacola you are stuck with Bob Tyler. The only other Suzuki dealer is in Panama City. She was treated poorly. She has no confidence in her new car.
