What could've gone wrong did, in every way! Unfortunately I don't have all day and thats what it would take to write this review. I'll summarize this way. They had our car for a combined total Unfortunately I don't have all day and thats what it would take to write this review. I'll summarize this way. They had our car for a combined total of a month. They damaged it, left MAJOR details undone, caused us HUNDREDS of dollars of inconvenience, and even after all that we never received so much as an oil change for all the trouble we went thru. Multiple return trips, they screwed up our car and stuck us out of town having to take cabs and Ubers to get around. I told my story to dozens of people and they were all blown away at how badly BTT handled our situation. I told them when I brought our vehicle in for service and screwed it up that they needed to make it right because we were about to purchase TWO vehicles. It was never made right and Sansing and Whibbs got our money instead. There is NO WAY I will ever spend another dime at BTT and hopefully never have to go to them for ANYTHING. We intentionally did not buy Toyotas because we did not want to have to deal with them ever again! More
