Did you know you employ people with theft records!?! The other day my husband and I came into your dealership to find a family vehicle. We ran into an employee and wanted to ask her a quick question; both myself and my husband have never been so disrespected and dealt with such a rude individual when we were just trying to ask a simple question. After looking at her name tag and then asking a follow employee what her name was we learned that is was your employee Heather Phelps. My husband is a deputy so he is very protective of me and our family and so when this girl was rude we felt extremely disrespected.I want to just inform you of what kind of employee you have; she not only has traffic violations but she also has a theft record. This completely shocks me because we have heard so many great things about Bob Tyler but for you all to have such employees as this baffles me. I would hate to think if people knew someone was in their personal vehicle when it's in service and know they have a theft record they would not take there vehicles there. Not only that but also have learned that she has a suspended drivers license that was suspended in January 2017, this is a great disappoint that Bob Tyler would employ such employees. Don't you all do back ground checks? This all is even public record. I would hope to one day have a good experience with Bob Tyler. We are highly disappointed customers. More

I had much better luck when i came in the first time and purchased the vechile i have now. I will be going somewhere else i will never return there ever again i waisted time and still haven't got a call or aa direct answer. I believe in conducting business the right way. Also whoever Shawn was he was waiting on an answer from him. I am very upset but I know never to go to bob Tyler again More
