Great Deal, Great Experience. This was my first time at Bob Tyler Toyota, and this was my first ever pleasant car buying experience. She was very polite, down to earth, and seemed genuine both in her enjoyment of her job as well as in helping me through the entire process. In addition to Holly's excellent customer service, hard work, and attention to detail, the facility was nice, well maintained and clean. I came in with specific criteria that wasn't easy to meet, and Bob Tyler Toyota was able to accommodate my needs. I was expecting to treated as nothing more than a potential sale, but Salee Starbuck really pulled through, making my experience much more enjoyable and making me feel like she truly wanted to help and get me with the right vehicle for me. She was actually the only salesperson I met with that followed up after the test drive, which (to me, at least) says a lot. Overall a great experience. More
