Many may not think $100 is much but when you're a single mom trying to juggle everything on your own without any supplemental income, $100 is a blessing. I've remained loyal to Toyota because of good people like Mr. Conley and as long as you have people like him, I always will. Another person I want to acknowledge is Mr. Brad Fowler, I came in to buy new tires for my 2013 Camry, I told him I couldn't afford any high priced tires. He researched and found me a great deal :-) Even though I ended up getting my new Camry, it made me feel good that he thought of me as a person and not just a sale, putting my best interest before a big sale. Thank you More
Unfriendly sales team I have purchased several vehicles through my lifetime and I've never met a more unfriendly and unprofessional group in my life. The sales manager Mik I have purchased several vehicles through my lifetime and I've never met a more unfriendly and unprofessional group in my life. The sales manager Mike is very pushy and aggressive. My experience was very unpleasant. I do not recommend shopping at Bob Tyler. After my experience there I received a call the next day and I thought they were going to apologize and offer a deal. Boy was I wrong. She basically told me that since I wouldn't go with there price (full MSRP) that they already sold the vehicle. If you sold it then why did you call me!?!?! They really need a lesson in humility and proper etiquette when dealing with a customer! They not only lost a sale but a lifetime of parts and services. More
4th car This dealership stands behind its deal. Sales persons are well trained and voluble; Service people [especially Greg Mann] are very helpful. Glad to This dealership stands behind its deal. Definitely will be recommending others to come here. More
Trade in for a new car I had a great experience. I never felt pressured or hassled by the sales team. I worked with Paul Soderlind, he was awesome, loved his attitude, "I I had a great experience. I worked with Paul Soderlind, he was awesome, loved his attitude, "I'm here to help the customer and make that person satisfied with their purchase". The financing department was amazing! Kim Douglad went the extra mile to find me a low interest rate! I was able to drive away in a new car with low monthly payments! I will definantly be a repeat customer! More

very unprofessional I never write reviews, but my experience there prompted me to express my opinion. The sales person was inexperienced .They had little knowledge of the I never write reviews, but my experience there prompted me to express my opinion. The sales person was inexperienced .They had little knowledge of the vehicles and lied about the origin of some of the pre owned sedans. Thet are in fact ex rental cars. The sales manager was not even courteous enough to explain his pricing. It was just a bad experience. Will definately not recommend this Toyota dealership to anyone. The sales person even started a conversation about a customer he was on the phone with and his negative opinion of the deal that customer wanted. I was really wondering why he was telling me the story. Incredible! More
Excellent buying experience My 3rd purchase from Bob Tyler Toyota. A verry friendly and hospitable group but what I like most is their "no nonsense" approach to doing business. My 3rd purchase from Bob Tyler Toyota. A verry friendly and hospitable group but what I like most is their "no nonsense" approach to doing business. Buyiing agreements are easily arrived at. No "nickle dime" haggling negitiations. Once an agreement is reached, the sales finalization process is completed expeditiously and with a friendly approach by all involved. I would suggest to anyone shopping for an automobile make Bob Tyler a necessary stop before any final purchase decision. More
Waste of time. Worst car shopping experience ever. Went to Bob Tyler to see a few used cars advertised online. One of the three cars was available to see and test drive. It was not our favorite but we Went to Bob Tyler to see a few used cars advertised online. One of the three cars was available to see and test drive. It was not our favorite but we drove the car and had the sales person appraise our trade. While we waited and waited and waited a bit more for the salesperson to return with some figures on the car. My wife and I finally had to ask the receptionist to page the sales person we waited some more. We could see the trade so no one was looking at the trade to make an appraisal. After we were tired of waiting, we advised the receptionist to have the sales person give us a call with the numbers. As we were leaving he finally came out to meet us at the car we were trading with his numbers to buy the car. The price for the car was more than the sale price on the internet and the offer for the trade was not worth the paper he handed us. Forget the price of the newer car this sales person had $900 as the price for the trade, which was between $1800 - $3000 below any other dealer in Pensacola. When I saw the number this sales person brought out I realized I just wasted a few hours of my life I will never get back. After I left we went to another dealer and sold the trade for $2500 cash and then found the perfect car at a great price. I do understand dealerships have to make money but how can a sales person, sales manager, or dealer stay in business know they are trying to steal from those who keep them in business. Buyer beware and be prepared if you go to Bob Tyler Toyota to purchase a vehicle. More
Absolutely superb new vehicle buying experience Excellent sales staff and management. No games. Straight forward. When the vehicle that I wanted was not available in stock, they ordered the vehicle Excellent sales staff and management. No games. Straight forward. When the vehicle that I wanted was not available in stock, they ordered the vehicle for me as I was willing to wait for the 6 weeks for it to be delivered. They got the vehicle for me 2 weeks earlier than promised and actually at a lower cost than the original agreed price which my credit union buying service had negotiated. Ask for Paul Soderlind, he was a fantastic salesman. Verne the General Manager also met with me several times and bent over backwards to help me order the vehicle that I wanted. Never once did they try to convince me to purchase a vehicle off of the lot. One of the finest dealerships that I have ever dealt with. Truly exceptional. More
