Billy was our first contact about three weeks prior to the sale and he followed us through the process awaiting a 2012 for a test drive. He managed the paperwork and hands-on dealings with the final sale of my special vehicle when it arrived. Matt took us through the financing and got me an interest rate well below my own credit union. He also cracked my hard-sale husband with an incredible price on an extended warranty. We probably won't need it considering the Toyota quality factor, but peace of mind and pennies on an already affordable monthly payment sealed it. Kudos to Jeremy too who escorted us on a test drive in a used Highlander until a new one arrived. The interaction kept us interested and coming back. We came to Bob Tyler because of a vehicle we saw on the internet. We had been checking out other dealerships and found a few we liked, but decided to check this one out too. The over all experience we have had so far has been very good, Everyone who has worked with us for any reason was very helpful. The interior lights were not working when we got home so we called and they had us return it another day and sent it in for warranty work to be done on it, we also did not have a manual so they got one for us. Even though it's a used vehicle, it's a 2010, I believe there should have been floor mats in the vehicle. Any time we have had any questions the employs have been very helpful. I did all the finance paperwork and stuff and they showed me how I could buy a brand new Camry, no interest (a special they were running on Camry's that I didn't know about), they were very patient with me...all my questions and concerns. Ben test drove the car with me and explained everything, he was very knowledgable. It was quick, easy and I was a very satisfied person. I went in the next morning put a down payment on the car and it was mine. The car was clean and had a full tank of gas. At 37 years old getting my very first brand new car was a great experience at Bob Tyler Toyota. More
