I was not in a rush to buy a car and he worked with me over the course of a month until he found exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. He was knowledgeable, responsive and very easy to communicate with. He listened to my vehicle preferences and made it happen. There wasn’t ever a car he suggested that I didn’t like. He was overall very helpful and not pushy. It was the most painless (actually enjoyable) car buying process i’ve had. The only negative is that the Sales Manager I dealt with, Danny, was your stereotypical car sales manager. I was not impressed and when I do get a new car, I’ll be sure the other sales manager, John is helping us. We had some interaction towards the end of my purchase and I wish we had been working with him all along. He was far more caring and personable and was not pushy or aggressive. Overall, it was a great experience start to finish and even after purchasing my vehicle, Nick has checked in on us and scheduled some other services. Nick gets 5 stars, 4 stars overall for the dealership. More

Went into to get some known work done. Quoted an exceptionally high price to put my window back on track. When questioned the price the service writer gave me an attitude and seemed to be offended t exceptionally high price to put my window back on track. When questioned the price the service writer gave me an attitude and seemed to be offended that I knew what the service should cost and had cost previously. When I went to pick up the car so I could take it to another dealership who was charging the average rate the service writer insulted me, demanded me and insinuated that they couldn't do a service I was charged for because my tires were "economy". Returned my car in worst condition than I gave it to them. When I asked that they correct my car before I removed it from the lot the service writer rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude. I had to involve the owner of the store to get assistance. When I returned the next day to pick up my car, which now has a wedge of paper to hold my window up, the same service writer thought it was appropriate to yell at me and my husband in the parking lot in front of people, to insult my intelligence and act aggressively with a woman. I have been getting service at valenti for almost 20 years... never again. More

I had an issue over being charged for tire rotation when it is offered free during first check-up. Owner called me back to apologize for misunderstanding. Treated very rudely by Valenti Chevrolet service dept today. I am from out of state so had questions regarding Emissions testing.
