My overall experience with this dealership was TOP NOTCH! ! Starting with Christiana knowing I wasn’t from the area so she made sure to send me directions! I was early for my appointment, Brian was finishing up with another client so the other two gentlemen stepped up and hit everything started! It was very impressive how they all 3 worked as a team! I’ve been going there for regular oil change and tire rotation service for a few years. I’ve never had an issue with that service. My issues have come with any needed repairs. I’ve found that their rotation service for a few years. I’ve never had an issue with that service. My issues have come with any needed repairs. I’ve found that their parts prices are ridiculous. 4-5 times what the actually cost of the part is. I understand stand the cost of labor. But when labor is $150 an hour and it’s almost $500 for a rear toe link repair not including the alignment which is another $100 plus. If you’ve never done a rear toe link let me tell you it takes about 30 minutes and the part is about $50-$60 for an OEM part Please make almost $500 make sense. I’ve never had an issue with anyone at the dealership they have always been very professional, but the prices just crazy. More
