I bought a 2021 GMC Sierra back in August 2024. Mike Rush was super helpful and professional. Early in January 2025 I called about a tire pressure issue. It turns out when the dealership rotated the tires, they didn’t reprogram the tire sensors to match. , as they did all the work from day 1 being a lease for 3 years. All the tires and indicators didn’t match up I called to talk to Mike but, he didn’t work there anymore so I talked to whoever answered the phone. That guy wouldn’t give me the time of day, I asked if he could just reprogram the tires since the problem originated there. He said I do t owe you anything! Wow, I guess once they sell you the truck you are dead to them. I went to a tire place and they did that for free. Such an easy fix to make a customer happy and they blew it. I will never buy from them again. I ended the call with if Mike Rush was there he would have helped me. They never even bothered looking up my name, sale, or truck history. I later looked on GMC rewards and saw I get a free tire rotation. He would have known that if he bothered to look. Again they lost a customer over something so easy to fix that was their mistake to begin with. If I knew where Mike worked at I would buy from them next.

They called the police on me for 'stealing a rental' while I was in the hospital. Blaise Mazda sold me a car with one fob thst only works part time. It finally died, and I was referred to Blaise GMC. They ordered me a key, but would not come to me to program the fob, or tow the car. They were kind enough to give me a rental, as I was having a major surgery. I get out of the hospital to a message saying they reported it stolen. They said they'd send a tow truck to my house to get my car, and I can return the rental. No, no. They sent a driver to pick up the rental. The drivers were kind, and agreed that my decision was ridiculous. He called someone at the dealership, and they called the POLICE. They told the police there was no rental agreement and that I was 'racking up tickets' which the cop immediately shot down, as i had a copy of the rental agreement, hospital discharge paperwork, and he ran my information prior to coming. To make matters even crazier, they vehicle upgrade manager, Larry, called the animal shelter I work and and said that someone 'dumped a domestic rabbit in his yard' and that it needed to be rescued. I have never in my life experienced something this insanely unprofessional. So now I'm out almost 1000 for new fobs.

Wish I could leave a zero. I found a new car on their website that we have been looking for. Spoke with “Jess” who said it was still available. Scheduled and appointment to look at the vehicle as we had to drive 2 hours to get there. I was told to meet “Nate” when I got there. I called before leaving to verify the vehicle was still there and the exact location. The vehicle was still available. When arriving two hours later, I walked in the store and asked for Nate. Nate wasn’t there. I told the guy that greeted me why I was there and he had no clue what I was talking about. After an hour of searching and phone calls the manager finally had to admit the car was not at that location but another location and was sold. So I’m busy calculating the time(6 Hrs) mileage(214), and expenses($65 at Applebee’s to soothe my wife)I incurred for the incompetence of a unprofessional “Family owned” business.

It was a great experience and the first thing our salesman said was "You know I have to come out here and bother you right?" so they have a great sense of humor and know people do not like to be pressured. Was only looking at first and wasn't pressured before I left to buy a car, decided to come back a week later and have the paper work run after checking other places out. They worked with me and got me the price I wanted to pay a month on the car I wanted, even helped me drive it off the lot that day and bring the rest of down money the next day. The facility is great and seems like they really take care of their cars and the Lifetime powertrain warranty is a great perk as well.
