Worst experience buying a car I'm sure every time I put a review here it never shows, so I wonder why 5 stars hmmm.... I bought a 2015 Hyundai sonata, It broke down on the second day while driving 65 mph on the highway. No warning lights just lost power, gas pedal pushed to the ground, semi had to swerve to avoid hitting me.. I took the car in at bobb automotive/bobb saysays yes, or bobbs used cars. I see all names same address under attorney general so I want to cover all names of the business. I had a 30 day warranty plus what they claimed to have bumper to bumber warranty under hyundai warranty, hyundai usa states other wise anyway,it's a prior rental. I found out later. They reset the engine light so taking vehicle to a hyundai service techs they had some repairs to preform, they were not paid and could not duplicate, because engine light was reset. They wanted to keepbthe car longer but bobb automotive wanted their xxx kia back i turned the car in after a lengthy fight and with attorney generals help and the lender finally!!! it's theirs again It's funny i see it for sale again on their lot. Price ... put it this way it was less when I had bought the car. Please let this review post, I want to warn the consumer. Isn't this site for that reason. More

I also had an issue with a sensor, called him and he said bring it in, it was adjusted in minutes..... This salesman definitely breaks the stereotype of the used car salesman..... Gregg was patient with me while I explained my finances and requirements and the finance department got me a better rate and lower payment than I ever expected. I got more car than I thought I could thanks to Gregg and the finance gurus. When my car started dripping oil about 3 weeks later, I took it in and they fixed it at no charge to me. Let me repeat - NO CHARGE TO ME. Fantastic service department and Bruce is a great asset to the dealership. I bought my first car at Bobby Chevrolet Iin 1986 when they were at Parsons and Livingston on the south end. I am so glad I went back to get my new-to-me Passat. Bobby should be your first stop if you are looking to buy a vehicle. Ask for Gregg. More
