Once again, it was time to look into getting a new car. Several very positive purchases through Rayhal Toyota meant that we would be headed back to see what they had to offer. As in the past, we found the entire process of purchasing a new car very positive! Our previous salesman was promoted up to sales manager but he introduced us to one of their newer associates. The entire process was again very positive, even with all the supply issues that the industry is experiencing. At no point did my wife or I feel we were being sold on something we might need to make some compromises on. Rather the experience was more consultative where we were able to evaluate our options and find a car that not only meets all our needs but also exceeds them.
