I strongly believe that Nucar Honda of Norwood is involved in fraudulent activities by charging customers for unnecessary repairs and deliberately missing real problems. Impossible to get deposit refunded. I was told I can get a refund if I change my mind after saying I was not sure. Changed my mind 24 hours later and was told I needed to pay $900 in fees incurred because I cancelled. I contacted the AG office to clarify and was told that should not be the case. I called back and was told that they were mistaken and can get a full refund. I drove there immediately to get refund. Then was told the manager on duty is not the person who signed off so I can't get refund. Sean told me ""I already knew you were going to change your mind when you asked that question." I would need to come back and there's nothing they can do about it. I left and told them I would submit a complaint to my credit card company. I forgot to ask for some names and came back to ask for everyone's name and they accused me of recording them. When they finally relented and call the "manager," he said just to issue the refund and he will deal with it tomorrow. Then they demanded the physical credit card - the same card they took a picture of yesterday. I had a picture of the credit card and I told them they have it from yesterday and they said NO I need the physical card, making me ask my husband who was working to drive down. Guess what they did when he came down with the credit card? He looked at it and typed in the credit card information so his manager can issue the refund tomorrow. I will submitting complains to the AG office, BBB about my experience. Hoping for another recession to make these car company feel the pain again - they're fat and want to make the experience as bad as possible to screw people over. If you want to be thoroughly disappointed with your post sales experience, I completely recommend Nucar Honda of Norwood. On March 26, we purchased a 2024 CRV EX-L with ~ $2,500 of additional accessories ( sales experience, I completely recommend Nucar Honda of Norwood. On March 26, we purchased a 2024 CRV EX-L with ~ $2,500 of additional accessories (all weather floor mats, front and side body trim, etc..) from the Honda website with our sales representative (Chris Jimenz). A week later (4/2) our accessories had been installed on our CRV and we picked it up. To our surprise, the front and side body trim that were installed on the CRV looked different than what we thought we were buying based on the pictures on the Honda website. If the front and side body panels looked like this, we never would have selected them and paid ~$1,100 ($1,045 + 6.25% sales tax) for them. We immediately alerted our sales representative who agreed with us and got the service manager (DJ Dorato) to look at our vehicle and to confirm that the right accessories were ordered and installed. DJ agreed that what Honda represented on their website did not look like what we had installed on our CRV. DJ told us the Honda zone rep was going to be in that week and he would bring it up with him. The zone rep had DJ order another set of side and front body panels to see if our order was an anomaly. The second set of side and front body panels were exactly what we had installed on our CRV. After being told that we needed to bring our issue up to Honda and it wasn’t a Nucar issue, I requested a conversation with the General Manager – Brian Downey. Instead of the GM, Marc Schloss called me on Friday morning (4/12) and reiterated that my issue wasn’t with Nucar Honda of Norwood but with Honda Corporate but was had been authorized to provide me with $200 all-weather mats if I were willing to sign off an absolve Nucar from any additional liability. I was appalled at the offer of $200 all-weather mats since I had spent $1,100 on accessories that weren’t what I received. Plus - I had already paid $200 for all weather mats – Marc didn’t even bother to do any homework on my situation. Marc went out on a limb to offer me $200 refund instead. I expressed my disappointment to Marc who told me he would go back the GM and call me either that afternoon (4/12) or on Monday (4/15). Guess who didn’t call me back. I currently own 2 other Honda’s that I have had serviced at this Boch/Nucar dealership. This was my 3rd (and final) Honda purchased from this dealership. Sorry for the long review but in summary, if you want to be thoroughly disappointed with your post sales experience, I completely recommend Nucar Honda of Norwood. If you have an issue with the Honda that you buy from Nucar Honda of Norwood, it’s not their issue…. Not a good way to do business and retain loyal customers!!! More

I like the dealership, but would have liked more of a selection to choose from. Because of the shortage on vehicles, I had no choice but to settle. Traded in my 2012 Acord for a 2017 civic hatchback. Sales manager low balled trade in offer at $3k then started joking that it isn’t worth that much but then agreed to go to $4k, okay I guess. As I drive home in the “new” care, the tire pressure light goes on - nail in tire and have to go back to dealer where it took hours to switch out a tire, way too long. Then a few weeks later, the PAINT BEGINS TO PEEL and I notice the carpeting isn’t even connected to parts of the console. I had to file complaint to Honda to get this fixed but they only fixed the paint, not the carpet. The inside of the car is very cheap, the headlights dim when you roll down/up the windows, driver window auto roll up does not work, the touchscreen is slow, and more paint peeling. I also have a timestamped photo when I bought the car that shows a cracked fog light but Honda will not fix this and will not fix the paint peeling. After all this, I think back to that comment the sales manager made about the trade in and realize I have been played by a sleazy salesman. Will never go back to this dealership or recommend to anyone. It’s also appears they put up fake 5 star reviews on Google, which is another indication this dealership is sleazy. More
