I had an oil leak, it was diagnosed in minutes. I was able to keep my while the part was ordered. The part arrived the next day and was installed. My advisor was off the day I brought it in. He came in while I was there to make sure I was taken care.of. I can't praise Payton enough, I've never had that kind of service. And the tech, Ryan explained everything in detail. Do not allow for scheduled oil changes when you know your service department cant handle anything extra. Requested standard oil change / tire rotation with an appointment and waited over 2:30 hours. And onl service department cant handle anything extra. Requested standard oil change / tire rotation with an appointment and waited over 2:30 hours. And only received oil change because tire rotation would have taken at least another 30 minutes. I do not blame the serving department I blame the dealership for allowing to treat customers this way when obviously this is a known issue More
