Incompetent service department makes mistakes and after the third time I’ve had the vehicle in for a month each time, they decide to replace an item that they’ve already repaired twice. Replacement was never even an option initially but should have been as it was covered in the warranty to entire time. When I brought this up they simply said “well that mechanic doesn’t work there anymore”. More
