I purchased a vehicle for my dad a few Thursdays ago, the following Monday I advised the dealer my circumstances had changed. They would NOT accept the vehicle back, instead I was offered a trade in and that following Monday I advised the dealer my circumstances had changed. They would NOT accept the vehicle back, instead I was offered a trade in and that I would get a call back. I was looking for something more affordable for me. Let's NOT forget what all was promised to me. I was promised floor mats, a NEW RIM that supposedly was ordered and that I would get a call when ready to pick up, ( supposably the following MONDAY). I kept getting a tire pressure alert, so I took it to discount tire to put air or do a patch. I was told there was a previous patch on the tire and I would have to replace it. Now all this has happened, 3 weeks later STILL no RESPONSE!!! At this point I do not know who to talk to, or what to do!! :( More

Gabriel did an amazing job for us fixing the radio in our 2018 charger. He took the time to follow through on our warranty and only charged us the deductible unlike some other deal ships. The auto service dept did their work properly, but I suggest maybe next time technicians could check to see if any cleaning is necessary. I took my Chrylser 300 in for a "recall service" on an airbag suggest maybe next time technicians could check to see if any cleaning is necessary. I took my Chrylser 300 in for a "recall service" on an airbag issue & the ceiling on the roof had to be removed to work on the car. However, I noticed when I got home that there were several dirty spots on the ceiling of the roof. Also, had a problem with the receptionist (Norma). It took several calls & over ltwo hours to get an answer if my car was ready. It was not until I asked to speak to the auto service manager that I was able to get an answer from Armando via a text that my car was ready. I didn't get to pick up my car until 6:05 pm. More
