Unreliable and don't ever updated on status on my truck. They had it for two weeks and didn't finish all the work I requested and they have yet to call me back with next steps on pending work. I call and no one answers , leave messages and never get a call back. And if the repesentative that took my truck is the only one that knows about my truck. I didn't even get a riecpt of work that was done on my truck, because the employee that took my truck was out sick. I have yet to get a call back or ever will! I waiting this but all it will do is fall on deaf ears. No one cares! More

When we go in for service and they have to get parts the wait is lengthy. When they order parts I have to constantly call to see if they are in. Came in the other day for a recall and had to wait for ever f wait is lengthy. When they order parts I have to constantly call to see if they are in. Came in the other day for a recall and had to wait for ever for someone to check us in. Go in the office and there a 3 employees just sitting and talking. Cars were backed up waiting to be checked in. There seems to be no communication between service and parts. Called to see if car was done after recall and was told it was ready but then got there and was told it was not ready, needed to have an alignment. Could have called before we showed up to get car to say it would be a few more hours. Very much a lack of communication.Cashier had to be called several times to check us out. More

Currently purchased a part because my mechanic said dealership parts are better than Auto parts stores went with the more expensive option the deals. Well big mistake they expect original receipt to h dealership parts are better than Auto parts stores went with the more expensive option the deals. Well big mistake they expect original receipt to honor warranty unfortunately I scan my receipts and throw away. A legal way of stealing your money. They refused to help and in brief I was told it was my lost. I guess it the legal way to steal customers hard earned money. At the very least Auto Parts Stores store all your information with your phone#. Just my opinion but as for me definitely not visiting this place anymore. More
