They were extremely accommodating and went over and inspected my trucks DEF system even when the computer hadn’t shown any codes. Bottom line - stay away from Jeeps and Bolles. Untrustworthy. Two days after declining a suggested repair for something that had never been an issue, my car was unusable. Interesting timing. Also, as I was checking out ($2,600) the service coordinator mentioned that he had another 2015 Grand Cherokee in the shop for many of the exact same issues, which I thought would be a random assortment of problems but apparently not: front passenger seat belt stopped working, thermostat wasn’t working, replace valve cover because it was leaking, and replacing an ignition coil. When I mentioned that maybe something was wrong with the way they were built given two cars with similar issues the response was a stumbling word salad. More
