They were extremely accommodating and went over and inspected my trucks DEF system even when the computer hadn’t shown any codes. They had gone through everything to determine it was expired or dirty inspected my trucks DEF system even when the computer hadn’t shown any codes. Bottom line - stay away from Jeeps and Bolles. Untrustworthy. Two days after declining a suggested repair for something that had never been an issue, my car was unusable. Interesting timing. Also, as I was checking out ($2,600) the service coordinator mentioned that he had another 2015 Grand Cherokee in the shop for many of the exact same issues, which I thought would be a random assortment of problems but apparently not: front passenger seat belt stopped working, thermostat wasn’t working, replace valve cover because it was leaking, and replacing an ignition coil. When I mentioned that maybe something was wrong with the way they were built given two cars with similar issues the response was a stumbling word salad. More
